Incidents involved an adult female in the Niagara Region
Niagara Regional Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Toronto man wanted in connection with a series of alleged criminal offences, including death threats and harassment.
An investigation launched in early April 2025 led detectives to identify 30-year-old Jeremiah Rasheed Pooran as the suspect in incidents involving an adult female victim in the Niagara Region. The two were previously known to each other.
He is wanted for uttering death threats, criminal harassment, and multiple counts of failing to comply with court orders. He is also wanted for similar offences from a 2024 investigation and by three other Ontario police services.
Police believe Pooran is actively evading arrest and may be in the Greater Toronto Area. Members of the public are advised not to approach him. Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
