Galitz to take over from Sabrina Piluso
The Niagara Ontario Health Team has named Tara Galitz as its new Executive Director, effective April 14.
She takes over from Sabrina Piluso, who helped guide the NOHT through its early phase of growth and collaboration.
Galitz brings more than 10 years of leadership in the community health sector, including roles with the Alliance for Healthier Communities and Lamp Community Health Centre.
Her focus will be on advancing health equity, system integration, and improving care across Niagara.
