Police were called to Geneva Street & Athlone Place around 3:30am
Niagara Regional Police are investigating a homicide in St. Catharines.
This morning just after 3:30, officers were called to the area of Athlone Place and Carlton Street after reports of gunshots in the neighbourhood.
An adult man was found inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds, and was pronounced dead at a hospital.
At this time, no arrested have been made, while the homicide unit have closed off a number of roads in the area for their investigation.
