Multiple arrests made during investigation
Niagara Regional Police have been investigating the illegal sale of prescription drugs in the Queenston and Church Street area of St. Catharines since October 2024.
The investigation, dubbed Project Dilly—a reference to street slang for Hydromorphone—was launched after residents raised concerns about discarded pill bottles.
In March, four people were arrested and charged in connection with the case. Police are asking anyone with information to contact detectives.
