Gallery expected to attain charitable status by May 2025
Welland’s arts scene is on the rise, with the Art Gallery of Welland taking center stage.
The gallery’s first-ever Board of Directors and Advisory Committee meeting was held recently, with a goal of shaping the city’s creative future.
With charitable status expected by May 2025, the gallery is laying the foundation for a thriving cultural hub, supporting artists, fostering community engagement, and securing a permanent space for exhibitions and workshops.
Plans for grants, sponsorships, and a major Fall 2025 fundraiser are in motion to ensure long-term growth.
